how can i get hold of the flight details and the reference number and i would also like to download a boarding pass

Under "Still need to speak to us?" select your location and call them. I'd guess that you may need to verify the card information you used to purchase the flight so they know you are indeed the person that purchased the flight. They should be able to provide your confirmation number/flight details.
