Almond Milk

I have been a regular customer at the Ellisville, MO Einstein Location. Almost every time I place an order, I order a latte (hot) made with Almond Milk because I am lactose intolerant. Sometimes I order my latte flavored or order a regular coffee. I also order a bagel or breakfast sandwich sometimes. I noticed the brand of Almond Milk Einstein's uses has changed. I use to enjoy my lattes and they had a very good aroma and tasted delicious (I go to different coffee shops and preferred the Einstein's lattes). The last time I went to Einstein's I watched the worker make my latte and noticed the brand of Almond Milk changed. I don't know what the past brand was but know it was a narrow brown carton, this one was a blue and white carton and looked larger than the prior brand. I tasted my latte before I left Einstein's and was very disappointed with the taste. Also the worker did not make my latte right. She made it then steamed more almond milk to add to it and left out the vanilla syrup which I ordered a Vanilla Latte. Maybe if the latte was made right it would had tasted better. I would had talked with the manager but the line was too long for me to get in (I would of but my husband was waiting for me in our car and we had an appointment to go to). The manager was in site but looked very busy with her other employees. I ended up trying to add more things to my latte to make it taste better even though it had vanilla syrup which tasted like it had none. I added more sweet n low plus honey to my drink. I ended up throwing my drink away later because it still had a bad taste. I also thought about calling the store later and talk with the manager but decided not to bother. I will not order a latte again from Einstein's, I will go to other coffee shops. I will occasionally go back to Einstein's with my friends who goes sometimes but will only order a small coffee.
