Eiflw55hiw - Broken Soap Dispenser

I have this IQ-Touch front-load washer.  They were installed "stacked".  The soap dispenser will not stay locked/closed.  Can this be fixed without taking the dryer off the top?  Do you have an Electrolux maintenance person in Montgomery, Al?
