Your user  manual is here:  http://manuals.electroluxusa.com/prodinfo_pdf/Springfield/316471100en.pdf

From that manual:

Oven control panel beeps & displays any F code error (for example F10, F11, F13, F14, F15, F20, F23, F25, F30, F31 or F90)

Oven control has detected a fault or error condition.  Press CANCEL to clear the display & stop beeping.  Try the bake or broil feature again. If the F code error  repeats, remove power supply to appliance, wait 5 minutes and then repower the appliance and set clock for the time of day. Try the bake or broil feature again.  If the fault recurs, record fault and call for service.

This indicates an error with the display and connections to it. Typically technicians would check the following on a call:

Check connection between Main Control Board and keypad. If correct, replace Main Control Baord. If problem persist, replace keypad.

You can tell this is not a typical DIY job anymore. You would need to gain assistance from a service professional to use a meter to read connection Ohms and other information for a full resolution. Electrolux Call Center is open from 8a-8p M-F at 1-877-435-3287.
