Once you log into Online Big Fish Games the details of your orders are kept in your Purchase History, where you can view past orders, print receipts and install games straight from this page.
Log into your Big Fish Account
Click on the following link
https://store.bigfishgames.com/my_account/my_purchase_history.php
If you already have the game installed but keep getting a message that prevents you from playing then you should uninstall the game then reinstall using the Purchase History link above
