If tokens were not received and you are sure of this, you may need to contact a Pogo/EA Rep.

Unfortunately, online companies such as EA do not offer much in the way of contacting a live rep other than through their Contact Us links located within the EA/Pogo Help Sections, which can be accessed at the following link:

There are a few steps to get past the maze of resolutions they offer on the website and actually contact a representative. Therefore, once at the above link:

Scroll to the bottom of the page
Click on the Contact Us Icon
Choose Pogo as the platform
Choose the reason you are contacting Pogo from dropdown menu
Type in Speak with Rep in next box and hit enter
Click on next (Bottom right side of screen)
Click on the Email Me button to fill in and submit your issue.

A reply is usually received with 48 hours.

The alternate contact options available are listed below. However, I can not confirm they will get you to a live rep or just pre-recorded information.
