If tokens were not received and you are sure of this, you may need to contact a Pogo/EA Rep.
Unfortunately, online companies such as EA do not offer much in the way of contacting a live rep other than through their Contact Us links located within the EA/Pogo Help Sections, which can be accessed at the following link:
There are a few steps to get past the maze of resolutions they offer on the website and actually contact a representative. Therefore, once at the above link:
- Scroll to the bottom of the page
- Click on the Contact Us Icon
- Choose Pogo as the platform
- Choose the reason you are contacting Pogo from dropdown menu
- Type in Speak with Rep in next box and hit enter
- Click on next (Bottom right side of screen)
- Click on the Email Me button to fill in and submit your issue.
A reply is usually received with 48 hours.
The alternate contact options available are listed below. However, I can not confirm they will get you to a live rep or just pre-recorded information.
