Resistance Issue Epic A17u

When we plug the bike in it will be at the least resistance possible when you put the resistance up. It immediately goes to extremely difficult. So the resistance goes from very easy to almost impossible to pedal. If you unplug the bike and plug it back in, it resets to super easy to paddle. We're trying to figure out what we need to replace or whatever in order to make the resistance flexible to be a usable bike.

How do I fix the resistance on my exercise bike?

If your exercise bike features a magnetic resistance system and you experience resistance issues, it may be due to the magnets shifting from their position because of loose bolts or screws. To fix the issue, make sure the magnets are secured properly in their designated position.
