How Do I Get The Alignment Page To Print Properly
The alignment page only prints out the boxes on the first line, the rest of the lines show only the numbers no boxes.

The Print Head Alignment utility can be used to improve the print quality of your documents. The alignment of the print head may need to be adjusted if vertical lines should appear out of alignment or if white or black banding noise should appear in your documents. Follow the on-screen instructions for using this utility.
Through this utility the printer will output some different types of test patterns that are used to check the print head alignment. Make sure that A4 or Letter size plain paper is loaded in the sheet feeder to print the first and second test patterns.
