Paper Jam;followed Procedure To Correct, But Still Not Printing.
Hi, I have an EPSON Workforce 500 All-in-One Printer. I had a paper jam showing an Error with a red circle with a white x inside. Procedure to correct was 1. Open the scanner unit and remove the paper. 2. Press the start button to eject the paper inside. I've loaded paper into my printer, but it's not printing (not feeding through), still showing a paper jam. Help!!!!!!!
