Cartridge Recognition Problem

I have an EPSON WP 4350 and am receiving the following message: Can't recognise the following cartridge/s. Try reinstalling them again. I have tried reinstalling I have tried a new cartridge, I have turned the machine off and on again and still nothing. It is still under warranty but I can't find any where to talk to anyone about repairs I don't know if you can help me but anything would be appreciated Thanks Heather Shaw
