Print/scan Problem On Wireless

I have 2 PCs on wireless network with 4530. Both run Win7. One works fine and can print and scan with no problems, the other can see the printer OK, can report on ink levels and can even upgrade the firmware - but when I try to print it always fails (no error message) and Epson Scan cannot find the scanner.
