Missing Baggage No Reponse From Chicago Office

Please note that a bag has been missed with the following details. First Name: Savitha Devi Last Name; Sivasubramonia Pillai Baggage Tag # EY688866 Airline Reservation code: WFTYQD (EY) Flight number: EY 151 Date: 11th Jan Departure time: 9.30 am from Abu dhabi Destination: Chicago Please note that after I contact Chicago office and leave message twice today there is no response. Every time when I call Chicago baggage claim office it is going to the voice mail. As this is more than a day please help me to get the status on this. When I reported yesterday at the airport on this, the baggage claim service representative said the computer system was down and hence noted the details in a sheet of paper. I am worried about this. Please reply as the bag has medicines in addition to my clothes I need the medicines as soon as possible. I am 82 years old and these medicines were brought from India and I don't get them here in US. It is more than 2 days now. My health condition is getting worse due to lack of medicine and emotional stress. Hence take it seriously and expedite it and let me know as soon as possible.
