Refusal By Etihad Air Lines To Board The Plane In Iad Airport.

Dear Sir My wife and myself were at the Washington Dulles airport on the 30th of June, to board the flight FLT; 130.  Our final destination was colombo Srilanka. We were there 2 hrs before the flight. We had excess baggage , for which we were willing to pay whatever the cost. Airport personnel  agreed to take only four bags but insisted that we could not take extra peice of luggage which had my wives clothes.. They did not allowe us to board the plane, even though they had time, They allowed other passengers who came after us.  Worse thing is , they reported the reason for not taking the flight as,  that we did not show up for the flight.  Which is a big lie.  Also they did not cacel the reservation. This resulted me to pay  more than $ 500 par passenger.Exact amount will be forwarded later. At the same time my wife is going to miss her lcourt appointment on the #rd July, will be causing her to loose many things. The action Etihad personnel took was completely unaccepatble and open the way o a legal issue. Please advice as what y do interms of compensation.
