I Was Told My Refund Would Be Posted Within 5 Business Days And I Don't See It.

I had booked a flight and hotel and a month later supposedly the airline cancelled the flight and was unable to provide a decent alternative. I requested a refund and was told one would be forthcoming within 5 business days. Time is up and I have not gotten refunded. Help please.
