How Do I Get The $100 Off Flight With Approved Citi Premierpass/expedia.com Card

I was online at 11:30am EST today making expedia flight reservations and the popup "Up to $100 off" with approved CitiPremier/Expedia.com Card.  I clicked on it & was approved on the spot and tried to goback to where I left off but could not find how to do that.  I could not find the "get back to where you left off" button so lost the fare option.  How do you get back to where you left off in these situations so as not to interrupt the reservation process and miss your desired flight?
