Was I Charged For An Airline Ticket Or Not?

Yesterday I thought I bought a round trip flight ticket from San Diego to Punta Cana, Dominican Reublic for Sept 6 charging it to my Visa card ending in 4199.  I have looked for a confirmation but have not received one.  If there is a mix up on the charge just forget the whole thing.
