How Do We List Our Hotel In India With Expedia?

WE WERE TOLD BY EXPEDIA INDIA THAT EXPEDIA IS NOT ACCEPTING ANY HOTELS FOR LISTING ON ITS SITE. WHY?  OUR RESORT IS CALLED ANUGAMA RESORT AND IT IS LOCATED AT PORT BLAIR, INDIA
