If you are unable to access your account due to not remenbering your password, you can retrieve, or reset, it by clicking here
Then use the "Forgot user name or password" link, located just below the log in window.
Submit your email so a link with a temporary password can be sent to your email address.
Please Note: If you do not see an email from Expedia after 15 minutes, check your spam folder before requesting access to your account again.
Or you may take the easier route and just call Customer Support
