Received A Fax Stating I Have Made A Reservation For 2/3/2011, But I Have Not.

I have received a fax stating I have made a reservation for 2/3/2011, however, I have not made a reservation.  I am trying to contact the customer service line right now, but not having any luck.  The phone rang I hear an announcement from Scott the president about wanting everyone to have a great trip from start to finish and to make sure we answer the survey if given the opportunity because each survey will be read.  The phone rang and now I only have dead air for over 6 minutes.
