Refund/credit
My nephew who is a Marine booked travel for 3/5 - 3/20. At the last minute, he Orders changed and therefore, he had to change is travel to 3/5 - 3/13. He was charged $200 fee. Since it was no fault of his, but the military's fault, please refund him is $200.00.
I appreciate your assistance in this matter.
