I am booking a ticket for my relative and he does not have a middle name and I am unable complete the booking

If the booking form requires a middle name, the best course may be to invent one (and of course convey the choice to your relative). A good one to use is a nickname--either one that's already used for your relative or one that's commonly applied to your relative's first or last name.
