Are Calls To Expedia's 13_ _ _ _ Number Free From A Mobile Phone In Australia?

Another loathsome experience with in-expedient customer service where I was kept on hold for an hour only to be told it was going to cost me more to change my plane ticket than what they are currently advertising on the website. I am worried that I rang expedia's toll free number with my i-phone and am actually going to cop a huge bill --> will I? of does toll free mean free for landlines and mobiles??
