How Do I Get A Creditor To Report To You After I Have Gone Bankrupt?

I went bankrupt in March of 2011. I did a home refinance under the program Obama instituted that would allow lenders to  do this and the homeowners would keep there homes under a reduced interest rate and payment. Since that time Bank of America has not reported to any of the credit bureaus that I have been making the new payments. WHAT CAN I DO?
