Partner Dispute

My partner and i have lived together for the last 9 years although the house is in my name, she is continually and unknowing to myself applying for credit using my address, i am concerned that she will get me a bad credit rating if this carries on much longer,what is the process of stopping my address being used for this purpose in the future.
