How Do I Remove A Fraud Alert

Att recently had difficulty completing a transaction because they show a fraud alert. I have no idea why. When trying to access a person with experiea I accidently entered one this am. I am totally frustrated and feel like a victim of fraud alert fraud at thsi point. Is there anyway to talk to a person?
