Login Problems

When I try to log in I get a message saying due to too many attempts my account is locked. Even after resetting password I get a message that says "cannot process your request at this time." I need my meds and cannot afford several with new copay rates. The only way to get meds is online - but can't due to technical glitches. Please help

I've found that a lot of times when you try to lo-gin and get an error, their servers are down or being updated. I would follow these instructions to try & resolve your problem. Good luck!
