How Do I Get Into My Second Face Book Account Which Am Looked Out?

I have tow face book account but one i have not used in a long time is locked and i can not seem to get in, what di id. I also believe that both accounts are under the same email address. whenever i type in the email address, it take me to my second active face book account, i want to close the one which i can not get in, what di i do?
