I Received A Message On Facebook,it Said That My Account Was Going To Canceled

I received an e-mail saying that i was going to be blocked,because i was harassing & bullying people,using a photo that wasn't me.please respond.Also said if i didn't respond in 24 hours i was going to be blocked.Is this for real? I don't bother anyone........Thank you,Carol Shipley
