How Can I Get Access To My Account Again?

I have been locked out, why, I don't know. Tried to get back in, but the people I have as friends never transpired and I don't actually know or have communicated with them. How can I regain access to my account for I really need to reinvent myself and make contact with the outside world (my apartment is HQ). Thanks!
