Business Page Help Please...

Someone created a facebook business page (http://www.facebook.com/#!/pages/The-Mad-Tatter-Cannot-Tat/138610672821022?ref=ts) about my sisters business without her permission and is using that page to allow comments (primarily negative) about her business. They took photos from her website, modified them to include crude remarks and posted them on their page (http://www.facebook.com/#!/album.php?aid=28037&id=138610672821022). Even the name of the business page contains her business name (Mad Tatter's -- unfortunately is not copyrighted or trademarked) and is a direct slam against her and her business. The page also states it is specifically directed at her business.( The Mad Tatter Cannot Tat This Mad Tatters is in Utica Illinois .... According to Facebook  "Pages can only be created to represent a real organization, business, celebrity, or band, and may only be created by an official representative of that entity." This page goes against the rules and is being allowed by Facebook to still exist! She and I have tried very unsuccessfully every avenue with facebook through their report a page links to get this page taken down as it is doing considerable financial harm to her business. We have even tried their non-copyrighted link and gave them all of the links and information they asked for and their response was, please provide us with links and blah blah copy and paste response blah. We re-responded with links and more information and again got the same response. We have even had a lawyer contact them twice by letter showing them their own rules and regulations that this page goes against, copies of links to the page, printouts of the page where deformation occurred (which has since been removed from the page but I still have copies), copies of the photos and their links and still we get the silent treatment!  I'm very angry now! Any suggestions other than click their unproductive links on how to get this page removed before it puts her completely out of business? This page has even made promoting her business in the area she resides in useless. She has been verbally harassed and laughed at in public because of it and I am for one sick of it and sick of being ignored!
