Where Can I Change My Email And Password, I Cannot Get Into My Facebook

You can request a password reset by clicking the "Forgot your password?" link located near the "Login" button on the login page. Facebook will then send you an email with a link to reset your password. (This information is from this Facebook page, which may provide additional guidance.)

If email won't work for you, you may be able to get into your account by answering a security question or getting help from friends. Details are here.
