Contact Is So Hard. What Do They Have To Hide? Billions & No Support

what is the freaking deal with facebook.someone is hacking my account, posting all of my private information and you can't contact a single idiot at FB, because none their forms work.I try to report something, it wants me to change my password. I try something else for reporting, it tries to make me change my password. These asses make billions and don't have any support?I believe I would go somewhere else (as I have) and leave FB in the dust.Even EBAY has a contact number. What makes FB think they are better than Ebay or anyone else? What do they have to hide and why do they hide anything? Here we are, doing everything right on FB and still getting screwed over by them.who or what do you have to be to get FB support and not some form asking me to change my password? And, how, in the first place are they able to see my private information, without being on my friends list. I have everything marked private, period. This includes any and all pictures, posts, etc.The have posted it on several sites and YOU... FB ...are supposed to be keeping it private. No wonder everyone is beginning to hate FB.FB, if you idiots are going to have, at least, forms, instead of actually contacting an idiot at your place....then at least make them work, no matter how much you ignore them. What are you people anyway "registered "?You coined the phrase "social media" and then you go and hide, and be unsociable? dippy people?

As you may have seen, the links provided by the former answers lead nowhere. (Sorry.) I sympathize with your sentiments, but the fact is that the level of support is a business decision (it costs money), and like it or not in our "free enterprise" (capitalist) economy these decisions are based on what each company thinks will bring the most profit. Although some other free applications provide personal support, many do not. (Try calling Craigslist for help, for example.) Your expressing your views to Facebook might make a difference.
