How Does Some One Send An Appeal To Facebook

my grandsons account was disabled and he wants to send an appeal to find out why and have it reactivated.he is 13 and his mom and i set up an account for him and i might have but the wrong year in that he was born by mistake because i was setting up an account for my son at the same time.i would like to have my grandsons account .he put alot of time into his stuff on there to loose it now

Why was my personal Facebook account disabled? Facebook accounts that have been reported or detected for policy viola... Facebook accounts that have been reported or detected for policy violations may be disabled by Facebook. Possible reasons include, but are not restricted to:

Continued prohibited behavior after receiving a warning or multiple warnings from Facebook
Unsolicited contact with others for the purpose of harassment, advertising, promoting, dating, or other inappropriate conduct
Use of a fake name
Impersonation of a person or entity, or other misrepresentation of identity
Posted content that violates Facebook’s Statement of Rights and Responsibilities (this includes any obscene, pornographic, or sexually explicit photos, as well as any photos that depict graphic violence.
