Facebook Anniversary 2010

I recently received a message from someon named Peter Row, who states that he is a facebook agent. He says that my screen name was lucky to be among one of the lucky winner's that the facebook anniversary 2010, and that i have won 100,000.00 dollars. All i needed to do was reply with my name and address. Is this for real or how do i find out if it is a hoax.
