How Do I Get Facebook To Lift A Block On My Account

This is the 9th time that Facebook has put me on a 30 day block from posting. I'm getting sick and tired of this sh it I need this 30 block lifted now or I'm just going to create a different account. Anybody know how to get it lifted?

There is unfortunately nothing you can do to remove this temporary block; sorry. More here.

Facebook's Terms of Service [Sec. 1.10] provides that Facebook "may limit, suspend, terminate, modify, or delete accounts or access...for any actual or suspected illegal or improper use of the service."
