My Girlfriend's Account Being Hack, Please Help Me. .

Dear all, i wish all of your really can help me. My girlfriend's account being hack by LEE REAL SUZUKI. He simply log in to my girlfriend's account, changed her status, simply post things on my girlfriend's wall and disturb my girlfriend's friend which is really unrespect and disturbing alot. Problem is, when he log in to my girlfriend's account he changed eveything like her e-mail to his e-mail, her password to his password and etc. How can i really overcome this issue? Can anyone help me on this issue? Thanks for a million.
