There Is A Hacker Out There Posing As 'international Monetary Fund' & 'wcab'.

Hacker stole my REAL LIFE friends' FB acc't and posing as my friend, sent me a friend request which I accepted. Then they messaged me with a convincing message about receiving money from the International Monetary Fund. They took over my FB acc't and blocked me from accessing it, stating when I give them 1,000 USD, they will return my acc't to me. I never sent them money. Now they are trying to hack into other peoples' acc'ts the same way! I tried to recover my acc't with FB, but can't. BEWARE. All my passwords on everything are now changed by me, I changed my phone number and have also put a fraud alert on my accounts with the 3 major credit reporting agencies: Experian, Transunion, & Equifax. I have removed any information of credit cards from online. Can FB help to recover my FB password?
