How To I Get Help From Facebook When The Person Is Not On My Friends List

My daugter is being defamed on facebook by a person not on her freinds list. She has written proof of the postings, facebook does not offer this option to report the person, they expect that it can be done from the offenders page wich isn't possible.

Facebook suggests that you block the person by listing his or her name in the "Blocking People" box at the bottom of the Privacy Settings page. If this does not resolve the problem, you may report the user by clicking the 'Report/Block this Person' link that appears at the bottom of the user's profile.
