No Horizontal Scroll Bar On My Facebook Page

when i first go to my facebook page the horizontal scroll bar appears for a short time , then disappears. i cannot move my facebook page from left to right because there is no horozontal scroll bar to use.

go to your tool bar click tools and take your screen off full screen i think that is your problem
