Inappropriate Content

When my son's name is googled, inappropriate info from Facebook appears. My son is not a member of Facebook. How can this situation be remedied? Please email me as soon as possible - I am very upset about this! We discovered this on Thanksgiving and have tried to call 650-543-4800 repeatedly with no avail.
