Can A Person Impersonate As Another User On Facebook?
The facebook account "Pheobe Caulfield" is NOT Ariel West. Her pictures should not be on it posing that it is her account. I talked to her yesterday and was told that "David West" took the account away from her and has been posting messages from that account with her name (Ariel) in the message pretending to be her (Ariel). She (Ariel West) had the account taken away from her in January by David West, and now he is surfing Facebook pretending to be her. She hasn't used Facebook since he took that account away from her in January. She wants her pictures and information removed. Please advise us on how to help her (Ariel) from being a victim of identity theft that is being imposed on her by her father that she doesn't live wtih anymore. Thank you
ps...David West has his own Facebook account. He doesn't post anything on it, trying to remain annonymous. His picture that he leaves on his own account is shaped as a blue male...no picture, no identification or preferences, etc. We ask that you not allow this person to be able to hide his identity as he slithers his way through Facebook causing trouble to many.
