How Can I Prevent Someone Other Than Myself From Making Changes To My Fb Profile

Someone else other can the account holder is making changes to ny profile while adding derogatory information on my wall. I have changed my password numerous times only to learn that my account has been violated again. How do I get derogatory information off of my wall.
