How Can I Print My Messages Without Printing The Side Panels?

i just simply want to print one message archive with an ex to use in court and i cant seem to get it to print the page without printing the ads and tabs in the panels around it, as well as printing the top of the facebook page and chopping off half the conversationand making me print several pages to get it all... please help
