How Do I Refuse My Fb Account From Not Commenting Fom Te Comment Box

Your question is hard to understand, but I'm guessing you're asking about a restriction Facebook has imposed on your commenting.
Facebook may have determined that you were performing those actions in a manner that it considers likely to be abusive. There is unfortunately nothing you can do to remove this temporary block; sorry. More here.
