Regain Control Of A Company Facebook Account.

How can we regain control of a company facebook account that a third party marketing consultant has hijacked. We have proof we own the company and she is not longer a consultant of the company. Is there a way to regain control or do we just have to start a new account?I appreciate your help. Thank you! Karla
