my facebook account has been blocked as i had sent rapid friends request. can anyone let me know how and when can i retain my account??

Facebook has determined that you were sending messages at a rate that it considers likely to be abusive. Facebook will typically lift the block within a few days. Repeated abuse of this kind can however result in your account's being permanently disabled.
