'secure Your Account'

whenever i sign in my facebook account from my pc its showing something like "secure your account".. what can i do for that?? pls help me..

Facebook has detected suspicious activity on your account and has temporarily suspended it as a security precaution. This may be because an unfamiliar computer had gained access to your Facebook account. It is also possible that your password was "phished," or stolen by a website designed to look like Facebook.

You will be able to regain access to your account once the automated security verification process is completed.
