Somebody Has Hacked My E-mail And Facebook Account And Im Not Able To Deactivate

my account as they have reset my security questions aswell

If your account has been hacked and the login email on your account has also been compromised or changed by the hacker, you may send Facebook information about the account so Facebook can look into the issue and possibly restore access. Click here to submit your report.
