How Do I Get My Stolen Facebook Account Back

someone "stole" my facebook account, changed my email, password and changed my profile picture. how can i get my account back after doing EVERYTHING Facebook said to do. I have sent multiple emails to Facebook and have gotten no response and or help. Someone PLEASE Help me
