Sorry you're having problems. However, since you didn't identify the "Same Questions," or say why you couldn't answer them, I can't help you directly. There are basically three ways of obtaining help from Facebook:

Navigate from www.facebook.com/help to a section most likely to answer your concern. A few of these offer email support.
Use the help search bar at the top of that page (and the other help pages).
